Doctors Staffing and Resources, Inc., was founded and incorporated November 1997 by Stephanie Sawatzke. Right from the start, Doctors Staffing and Resources, Inc., was committed to helping dentists find the best hygienists, assistants, and front office staff. We have over twenty-five years' experience in the dental field, both chair-side and in the front office. This means we’ll be able to find a better match between the candidate and the office. Stephanie M. Sawatzke, President,
 was born in Santa Monica, California. Stephanie is the oldest of five children. At age 18, after ten years in braces, Stephanie decided she wanted a career in Dentistry and decided to go to Dental Assisting school. Stephanie graduated with honors and accepted her first dental assisting job in Brentwood, California. Stephanie received her RDA and CDA while working in California. Stephanie decided to continue her education in Utah. While at school, Stephanie met her husband. She helped him finish school through dental assisting for a Provo Dentist. Upon her husband’s graduation in 1989, they returned to Southern California where Stephanie continued her dental assisting career. She attended UCLA to earn her expanded duties certificate. In 1992, Stephanie’s husband was recruited by a Salt Lake company and the family of three moved to Sandy, Utah. As you can imagine, Stephanie had no problem landing a dental assisting position in Salt Lake. While Stephanie loved working in the dental field, the arrival of their second child in 1994 prompted Stephanie to pursue more flexible ways to serve the dental community. Soon thereafter, Stephanie met Kym Strout. Stephanie and Kym decided that together they could build a company to help dentists find high quality permanent and temporary staff. The name of the company they started was Drs. Right Hand. While the partnership only lasted three years, Stephanie and Kym are good friends and continue to see each other regularly. In 1997, Stephanie decided to start her own staffing agency, Doctors Staffing and Resources, Inc.. Doctors Staffing and Resources, Inc. is a very successful staffing agency helping the dental community find the right team members throughout the Wasatch Front.
