 Temporary Placement
Doctors Staffing and Resources, Inc., enables a dentist to keep his day of production when a staff member needs to take some time off. We can find the right "temp" for a day, a week, or a month. We can even fill an entire maternity leave! We have been very successful at finding temporary staff on an emergency basis. Only one call is needed to have an experienced hygienist or dental assistant at your office. At the end of the day, you may pay the temp or make arrangements for us to carry payroll (temps are typically paid at the end of the day). Also, the temp can network with other dental auxiliaries as well as learn new dental techniques used by other dentists along the Wasatch Front.
Permanent Placement
Doctors Staffing and Resources, Inc., assists dentists in finding new staff much more efficiently through our continuous advertising and screening of dental auxiliaries looking for temporary or permanent employment. This enables the dentist to focus production. One call to Doctors Staffing and Resources, Inc., and we will have qualified candidates at your office prepared for an interview. One effective method for finding permanent staff is to have us send individuals looking for permanent employment to work for the day. We recommend trying at least three of our applicants before hiring. This gives the dentist as well as the candidate the opportunity to get to know one another and decide if it would be a good fit. If the candidate is hired, dentists pay a permanent placement fee. In the event of placement not working out, the dentist is billed a daily fee for the days the employee worked.
